Prepare the Dough

Make the Frosting
- In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese and butter together until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Mix in vanilla extract.
Assemble
- Frost the cooled cookies with cream cheese frosting.
- For a sandwich cookie, spread frosting between two cookies.
