- Begin by crushing the Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs.

Making Caramel
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, butter, and a pinch of sea salt.
- Stir continuously until the mixture thickens and turns a golden color.
- Pour the caramel over the biscuit base and allow to cool completely.
Finishing Touch
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the set caramel layer.
- Allow to set fully before cutting into bars.
