Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter or oil with the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the mashed bananas.
Combining Dry Ingredients
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
Baking

Notes
