Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1 minute.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a rope.
  6. Shape each rope into a circle and pinch the ends to seal.
Baking
  1. Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Brush each bagel with the beaten egg wash.
  3. Sprinkle your choice of toppings on each bagel.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
