Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
- In separate bowls, prepare your fruit purees by mashing or blending the selected fruits.
Assembly
- Layer the Greek yogurt mixture and your fruit purees in popsicle molds.
- Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the mixtures for a marbled effect.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Release
- To remove the popsicles, submerge the molds in warm water for about 10 seconds.
- Gently wiggle and pull the sticks to release the popsicles.
Notes
For a creamy texture, always use full-fat yogurt and avoid excessive air in the mixture. Try different fruit combinations based on seasonal availability.
