Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  2. In separate bowls, prepare your fruit purees by mashing or blending the selected fruits.
Assembly
  1. Layer the Greek yogurt mixture and your fruit purees in popsicle molds.
  2. Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the mixtures for a marbled effect.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Release
  1. To remove the popsicles, submerge the molds in warm water for about 10 seconds.
  2. Gently wiggle and pull the sticks to release the popsicles.
