Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle your chosen fresh fruit, nuts, or granola over the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until completely firm.

  1. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and serve immediately.
  2. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes
