Baking

- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
Frosting
- In a bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla, mixing until the frosting reaches desired consistency.
- Stir in edible luster dust gently for a glowing finish.
Decorating
- Use a piping bag to frost cooled cupcakes.
- Sprinkle additional glow dust over the frosted peaks.
Notes
