Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats, nut butter, chia seeds, dates, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir in cacao powder and yogurt or kefir until well mixed.
  3. Use your hands to mash the mixture until it reaches a uniform consistency.
Shaping
  1. Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  2. Roll each ball in shredded coconut for added flavor and texture.
Chilling
  1. Place the bites in an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least 40 minutes to firm up.
