- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, and honey or maple syrup.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips, chia seeds, and vanilla extract.
- Using your hands or a spoon, form the mixture into bite-sized balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
Chilling
- Place the formed bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These bites can last for up to a week.
