Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough gently until well mixed, taking care not to overwork it.
  4. Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel.
  5. Place the formed bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Whisk the egg and brush it over the top of the bagels.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and everything bagel seasoning on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
