Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough gently until well mixed, taking care not to overwork it.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel.
- Place the formed bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Whisk the egg and brush it over the top of the bagels.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and everything bagel seasoning on top.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
