  • 1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Use both mini and regular sized.
  • 1/2 cup butter Softened.
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package directions.
Layering
  1. Pour about half of the batter into the greased baking pan.
  2. Scatter a generous amount of chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups over the first layer of cake batter.
Creamy Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Dollop the creamy mixture over the Reese's cups and batter.
Final Assembly
  1. Top with the remaining cake batter and finish with more chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
