Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine nut butter, oats, and sweetener. Mix well until combined.
- Add cacao powder and coconut oil, followed by vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
- If desired, fold in any optional mix-ins such as chopped nuts or dried fruits.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined baking dish and press it down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and firm up.
Serving
- Once chilled, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
Notes
Store treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
